Life Force Exercises – Learn to See, Feel, and Project Life Energy

This is Part 3 in our series covering how to use an Orgone Generator® effectively. In this article, we discuss the basic laws of Life Energy and provide a list of exercises you can do to enhance your ability to connect with and effectively direct Life Energy.

I. Basic Laws of Life Energy

There are a few basic principles of Life Force that are useful to know:

1. Life Energy connects and transfers through equivalent or identical structures (i.e. structural links)

Both a Target and a Trend are determined by means of a structural representation (i.e. a structural link).

Use of structural links makes physical distance irrelevant when running an Operation. What is important is the strength of the Life Force and the accuracy of the structural links.

2. Life Energy follows the principle of reversed entropy (also called negative entropy).

Entropy is a term that appears in physics. Physicists have observed that two (electromagnetic) energy systems of different potentials that come in contact with each other end up with the same potential after coming in contact with each other (i.e. the entropy becomes balanced). For instance, when a hot object comes in contact with a cold object, both objects will have the same temperature some time after coming in contact with each other – one object will be colder, while the other object will be warmer.

Life Energy Life operates in the opposite way. If you bring an object with a high potential of Life Energy in contact with an object that has a low potential of Life Energy, the object with the higher potential will draw from the object with the lower potential until the object with the higher potential is saturated. This is a key characteristic of Life Force that allows it to transfer through structural links regardless of physical distance.

3. Life Energy can be directed/projected with the mind.

Anything that you imagine in your mind is a structure and, as mentioned above, Life Energy follows structural principles easier than space-time distances. Our mind creates structures in continuous sequence. Even the earliest humans realized that events sometimes followed visualization.

Approaching the Life Force Exercises

The following exercises are designed to help you better connect with and direct Life Energy. You will probably need to practice each exercises multiple times before you are able to achieve the goal and fully receive the lesson of each exercise. We recommend you practice one or more of these exercises daily as you learn to work with your Orgone Generator®.

Doing these practices consistently will lead you to gain a better connection with your Target, your Trend, and the Life Energy you are using in an Operation. You will gain a stronger “mechanical” or “logistical” sense of the elements of your Operation and will, therefore, create more powerful Operations that manifest your desired results more quickly and fully. Also, you will also be able to use the Orgone from your generator more efficiently. Overall, we recommend these exercises to anyone who wants to effectively utilize the full power of an Orgone Generator®.

II. Learn How To See Life Energy

Some people see Life Energy very quickly. For most people, it will probably take a bit of practice. Life Energy can look different at different levels of your awareness – for instance, we’ve seen a blue energy field, luminous strings, and clear shimmering energy (like gas fumes escaping from a car on a summer day). You should approach these exercises in a state of relaxed focus. As when you meditate, seek to gain a sense of “spacious awareness” vs. “object awareness”. A good piece of advice: “See with your mind through your eyes.” And don’t give up if you don’t see it immediately. You can perform the exercises below using a piece of Orgonite® or an Orgone Generator® (specifically, the silver output tube of your generator) – we say “piece of Orgonite®” throughout, but either item will work *in most cases (there are some exercises you should not use a generator).

Exercise #1: Hold both hands in front of you about one foot from your eyes. Do this in front of a neutral-colored background such as a white or cream-colored wall. Touch the tips of each finger on your right hand to the tips of each finger on your left hand. Now, very slowly, pull your fingertips apart from each other. You will see the "strings" that are still connecting the fingertips that separate from each other.

Exercise #2: Hold a piece of Orgonite® in one hand – use it to touch the index finger of your other hand. Slowly pull the index finger and Orgonite® piece apart from each other and observe the "luminating" bridge or string between the Orgonite® and your index finger (once you are able to see the string, you will know why we call it "luminating”).

Exercise #3: Hold a piece of Orgonite® in one hand – use it to touch the index finger of your other hand. Now, rapidly pull the index finger and Orgonite® piece apart from each other. Once again you will observe the "luminating" bridge or string between the Orgonite® and your index finger. Now, give a mental command for the two emanations to join into a luminating string. When you do this, you see that you can direct Life Energy with your mind

III. Learn How To Feel Life Energy

Exercise #4: Take a piece of Orgonite® and point it to sensitive parts of your body.

1. Hold the piece of Orgonite® in one hand. To feel the Life Energy, hold the palm of your other hand about one inch from the Orgonite® piece.

2. Now, point the Orgonite® piece towards your wrist, again about one inch away.

3. Hold each of your fingers fingers in front of the wand, one by one.

4. Point the Orgonite® piece towards the area of your forehead that is in the center between the eyes, again one inch away.

5. Do the same thing with any other area of your body.

We believe that 90% of people can feel Life Energy (regardless of whether they admit it or recognize what they’re feeling). You may feel different sensations when you do these exercises. People tend to feel a gentle warmth, a slight cool breeze, tingling, etc. In our experience, visually oriented people feel warmth while kinetically oriented people feel a tingling or breeze – this is based on the group of nerve endings that respond first.

In these exercises, your Life Energy field is stronger than the Life Energy field of the piece of Orgonite®. Therefore, you draw Life Energy from the Orgonite®. This is an example of Law #2 of Life Energy mentioned above. When the Life Energy enters your body, you experience a stimulation of nerve endings in your skin that gives you a feeling of warmth, a cool breeze, or tingling.

IV. Learn How To Direct Life Force Into Your Body

Exercise #5: Inhale and imagine Life Energy enter your body through your left hand. Exhale and imagine the Life Energy that has entered your body condensing and building up in an area of your body, such as your abdomen. Continue to inhale and exhale for a while while doing this visualization until you feel Life Energy in that part of your body.

Exercise #6: Inhale and imagine Life Energy enter your body through your left hand. Exhale and imagine the Life Energy leaving your body through your right hand. Continue doing this until you can feel this clearly.

Exercise #7: Put any object in front of you. This may be a small piece of paper, a candle, a matchbook, a glass of water, a crystal, etc. Hold your right hand about one inch above the object. Inhale and imagine Life Energy enter your body through your left hand. While you exhale, imagine that the Life Energy leaves your body through your right hand and builds up in the object. Proceed charging the object. Then stop charging and feel the Life Energy of the object with the palm or wrist of your hand. If you have a partner, let your partner feel the Life Energy in the object. Then have your partner perform the same exercise and you feel the energy.

Exercise #8: Put an object in front of you as in Exercise #7. Instead of projecting Life Energy into the object, use the Life Energy to build a sphere of Life Energy around the object. Move your palm or wrist toward the sphere and feel where the sphere begins. If you have a partner, have your partner move his/her hand or wrist toward the sphere to feel where it begins. Then have your partner perform the same exercise and you feel the energy.

V. Learn How To Project Life Energy To Another Person

For these exercises, you will need a partner. You can also use a pet (though they probably won’t give as much feedback).

Exercise #9: Point the fingers of your right hand toward the area between the eyes of your partner. Inhale, draw Life Energy into your right hand, and project it into the area between the eyes of your partner (you can do this with the rhythm of your breath if you want). Do the same thing on other parts of your partner’s body. Then let your partner do the same on you.

Exercise #10: Stretch your arm out and point your fingers as in preceding practice. Do NOT point your fingers towards your partner at any time during this exercise. Point anywhere else except at your partner. Now, inhale and draw Life Energy into your hand, and project the Life Energy from your hand into your partner’s forehead or any other body part of your partner (once again, you can do this with the rhythm of your breath). You should not point your fingers at your partner at any time during this exercise – this shows you that you are projecting Life Energy with your intention/mind and that you don’t have to point your fingers at your partner to do so. Then have your partner do the same on you.

Exercise #11: This time, don’t point your hand or fingers at your partner. Instead, keep your hands down both arms in a comfortable position (you can even sit comfortably). Now, draw Life Energy into any part of your body and project the Life Energy into the forehead of your partner. This shows you that you can draw Life Energy into any part of your body and you do not need to point to project the Life Energy into someone else. Then have your partner do the same on you.

Exercise #12: Take a piece of Orgonite® (do not use a generator for this exercise) and point it toward the area between the eyes of your partner. Draw Life Energy into the piece of Orgonite®. Do not do any drawing of Life Energy through your own body – draw it directly into the piece of Orgonite®. Then project the Life Energy from the Orgonite® piece it into your partner’s forehead. Then project it into other body parts. Then have your partner do the same on you.

Exercise #13: Take a piece of Orgonite® and point it anywhere except at your partner. Draw Life Energy into the piece of Orgonite®. Do not do any drawing of Life Energy through your own body – draw it directly into the piece of Orgonite®. Then project it into any body part of your partner. While pointing elsewhere, keep your focus on the body area of your partner and imagine the flow of Life Energy going from the piece of Orgonite® into the body area of your partner. Then have your partner do the same on you.

Conclusion

All of the above practices are excellent to learn a mental mastery of Life Energy. What you do in every case is draw Life Energy from the universe and direct it toward a person or an object. Performing these practices will cause you to become much more conscious and intentional in directing Life Energy from your Orgone Generator® to create your Operations. Daily practice of each exercise will lead to mastery the quickest. And, as is likely apparent, each new exercise builds on the previous ones. When starting out, you may want to only do a single exercise per day which is fine. But as you master an exercise, you will find that you can do it better and more quickly the next time, giving you more time to do other exercises in the same session.
